Privacy Policy

Sales Hub PK ("we", "us", "the app") helps you discover sales and discounts from Pakistani fashion brands. We do not sell any products ourselves. We track the official websites of brands and show you their public sale information in one place. This policy explains what data the app handles and why.

Information we do NOT collect

• We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
• We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or payment details.
• We do not ask for location permission or read your device's location. (Our ad partner may estimate an approximate location from your IP address; see Advertising below.)

Information the app uses

• On your device only: the items you track (with the price when you started tracking them), onboarding preferences (e.g. brands you follow) and your chosen language are stored locally on your device. On iPhone, the app also writes a short summary of your tracked items to your device for the home-screen widget; it is not sent anywhere. None of this is linked to your identity.
• Price drop alerts (optional): if you switch these on, we store an anonymous push notification token, the product IDs you track, and the alert settings you choose for each item (a target price and the sizes you are waiting for). We use them only to tell you when an item gets cheaper, reaches your target price, or your size is back in stock. Switching price drop alerts off removes your tracked items and their settings from our servers.
• Sale announcements (optional): if you switch these on, we use the same anonymous token to send occasional announcements about big sales and new brands, at most a few times a month. This is a separate switch from price drop alerts.
• The token is stored once you enable either category, and neither is enabled by default. Both can be turned on or off at any time inside the app under About > Notifications, and you can also block notifications entirely in your device settings. If you used the app before these switches existed, both were treated as on, matching the notifications you were already receiving; you can turn either off in the app.
• Anonymous usage events: we record anonymous product views and taps (no personal identifiers) to show "trending" deals and understand which deals are popular.

Advertising

The app shows ads through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect and process device information, including your device's advertising identifier, an approximate location derived from your IP address, ad interactions, and crash and performance diagnostics from its ads SDK. We do not link any of this to your identity. This is governed by Google's policies, not ours. See How Google uses information and the AdMob documentation. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings › Privacy › Ads).

Third parties

• Google AdMob - advertising (see above).
• Hosting - our backend runs on Vercel, and our database runs on a server we operate, hosted by Contabo in Mumbai, India. Together they store the catalog and send notifications, and process data on our behalf.
• Brand websites - when you tap "Shop at [brand]" the app opens that brand's official website in your browser; their own privacy policy then applies.

Children

Sales Hub PK is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data retention & your choices

• Anonymous usage events are deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Notification tokens, with the tracked items and alert settings stored alongside them, are kept while the app can still receive notifications, and deleted once the notification service tells us the app is no longer installed or notifications were disabled.
• You can clear local data and stop all processing by uninstalling the app.
• You can turn price drop alerts and sale announcements on or off at any time inside the app under About > Notifications, and you can block notifications entirely in your device settings.

Deleting your data

Sales Hub PK has no accounts, so there is no account to close. To delete the data the app has sent to us:

1. In the app, open About > Notifications and switch off price drop alerts. Your tracked items and their alert settings (target prices and sizes) are removed from our servers the next time the app is online.
2. Uninstall the app. This clears everything stored on your device, and your anonymous notification token is deleted from our servers once the notification service reports that the app is no longer installed.
3. Anonymous usage events are not linked to you or your device, so they cannot be looked up individually; they are deleted automatically after 90 days.
4. Advertising data is held by Google. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
